Design Consultations & Design Packages
A Design Consultation is ideal for those who want to kickstart a new project: you just moved into a new home or your living room needs a major refresher. Or you are thinking about changing the functionality of a room and don’t know where to begin.
During my Consultation we will do a full walk thru, discuss the scope of the work and talk about the possibilities that are available to create the beautiful space you desire. This can be done in person or virtual. After our consultation you will have answers to questions like:
Which Lay-out works best for my room(s)
What kind of Color Palette, Finishes and Furnishings to use, AND not to use
Which existing furniture pieces, accessories, art can I integrate into the new design
What are my next steps
After the Design Consultation you might have enough suggestions and information to continue your project by yourself.

"I’ve been working with Juliette Schatan since March when my husband and I purchased a small 1000 square foot townhouse in Berkeley, California. We live in Arizona and needed a partner on site to be able to help us with design and purchasing, as we did not know the area very much. Juliette listens very well. She listened to our budget, she listened to our preferences in terms of design and she also did a good job of nudging us to get out of our comfort zone - which was very much appreciated.
She has access to stores and design centers, which was very much appreciated because we wouldn’t have known those. Juliette used a program to work with us online that was user friendly and really clear. It was a clean way to do a design, make changes and receive those from another State. She also tracked and received our furniture. She had a lot of patience with us, with our shifting ideas at times. She worked hard to get things done in time for our arrival in Berkeley. We are very pleased with the design; it’s very different from our home here and that’s what we wanted. I can’t recommend her more, she is delightful, warm and very interesting. So it was a delight to work with her."
